Many of us are seeking a slower pace, a sense of steadiness, and a return to sacred connection with ourselves. We want to feel intentional, taken care of, and less fried in our day-to-day lives. We don't want the incessant cycle of scary news and social media posts to overwhelm us all day. We want to feel safe and content in our bodies.
And we don't want to do it alone!

I'M KATIE.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, yoga teacher, and international retreat leader.
My highest intention in my yoga classes is to create a space where every student feels supported and empowered on their yoga journey, and in their lives.
I am known for my grounded energy, empathetic compassion, and ability to lead a safe and sacred experience.
