Private Yoga

Private yoga session can take place in your homeĀ (with travel fee) or in Katie's home gym/studio in Kalispell, MT, as well as virtually.Ā Private yoga sessions are entirely tailored to your interests and needs, led by an experienced and personable teacher.Ā 

1:1 private yoga is for students who want personalized attention to:

  • learn how to do poses that are challenging for them
  • learn how to modify poses to relieve or manage pain
  • become familiar with the yoga practice to feel more comfortable in group classes
  • receive an individualized plan for learning new skills
  • go deeper in a specific area of the practice (for example, philosophy, balancing poses, or meditation)

Perfect for beginner students who want to feel empowered when they show up to public classes, as well as more seasoned practitioners who want 1:1 attention on one or more areas of their yoga practice.

$150/hour session

4 sessions: $540 (valued at $600)

8 sessions: $1055 (valued at $1200)
