Yoga has been the greatest gift in my life and I love to share it with you! While some people think yoga is woo-woo, out there - or just an exercise class - I understand it as a system for living.
Through the study and practice of yoga, we gain skills and tools to live better, happier lives. As I walk my yogic path, I endeavor to share the knowledge I learn with you in my classes and yoga experiences.
In my classes, you can expect grounded, flowing, strong movement, tidbits of philosophy, and always an invitation to listen within.

1:1 Private Yoga
Perfect for beginner students who want to feel empowered when they show up to public classes, as well as more seasoned practitioners who want 1:1 attention on one or more areas of their yoga practice.
Workplace Yoga
Workplace yoga is gentle, accessible, lighthearted, and gives employees the opportunity to move their bodies, and experience something together that is not work-related, but still healthy, safe, and productive.
