From the Heart... 

I have always been someone who cares about people and is endlessly fascinated by human stories and how they shape us into who we become.

I was built with the empathy gene, and I am truly and deeply grateful to be trusted by people in my orbit to witness their stories and hold space for their growth. To have the privilege of walking the path with students, clients, and friends is a gift I do not take for granted. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼

 My Story: 

With a B.A. from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago, my journey began working with youth in the foster care system. That experience shaped everything that came after, personally and professionally - I got a crash course in trauma, human behavior, resilience, and the capacity for personal growth.


Over the years, my work has evolved. I became a licensed therapist, health coach, and registered yoga teacher, and my focus expanded into whole-person wellness, honoring the mind, body, and deeper sense of self. Today, I bring all of these threads together through coaching, integrated yoga experiences, and transformational retreats.

 What I Do: 

At the heart of my work is helping people reconnect with who they truly are. My belief and what the yoga teachings describe is that within us there is a true Self - and that Self is whole, perfect, and good. Everything else is just the "stuff" that gets piled on throughout a lifetime of experiences.

Through self-understanding and awareness, we learn to shed these layers and come home to ourselves. Working with me is a process rooted in compassion and clarity. It's not about fixing you or perfecting, but about integrating and expanding.

I support clients as they:
• Recognize their inner strength and wisdom
• Reignite a stronger sense of self and self-trust
• Create new practices grounded in emotional freedom and vitality

Katie hosts weekly yoga classes in Whitefish, Montana, as well as soulful special events to help you build strength and resilience in your body, heart, and mind.

RETREATS

 

Katie and her partner, Shaun, host an annual international Spring Renewal retreat to reset and reconnect each year.

She will soon be offering 1:1 and intimate small group retreats on her property in Montana.
