I have always been someone who cares about people and is endlessly fascinated by human stories and how they shape us into who we become.

I was built with the empathy gene, and I am truly and deeply grateful to be trusted by people in my orbit to witness their stories and hold space for their growth. To have the privilege of walking the path with students, clients, and friends is a gift I do not take for granted. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼

 Meet Katie: 

I’m Katie Halsted, a Women’s Health and Vitality Coach, yoga teacher, and retreat guide, dedicated to helping high-performing women overcome chronic fatigue and burnout so they can reclaim their vitality and feel at home in their bodies again.

My path to this work began in my own struggle with years of debilitating fatigue that disrupted my work, relationships, and sense of self. That journey not only led me to heal, but also to discover my mission: guiding others through the same transformation with both compassion and clarity.

Through coaching, yoga, and immersive retreats, I support women in aligning their bodies, minds, and energy — creating a holistic path to health, resilience, and a life that feels fully their own.

 Professional Background + Approach: 

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago, and I’ve trained extensively in functional health coaching to bridge the gap between practical wellness strategies and the emotional, energetic support true healing requires.

My approach combines evidence-informed guidance—like understanding which practitioners to see, what foods best support your recovery, and how to navigate detox—with the deeper work of boundary setting, energy management, and creating a life aligned with your values. My mission is to provide a holistic, grounded, and empowering path forward—one that meets you where you are and helps you move toward lasting health.

Katie and her partner, Shaun, host an annual international Spring Renewal retreat to reset and reconnect each year.
